They ripen on the plant at the same time so that they can be harvested in July, August and September, guaranteeing uniform ripening. In accordance with organic farming regulations, no synthetic treatments are applied and nothing but orgnaic fertiliser is added to prevent soil improverishment and water pollution.
Tomatoes destined for peeling are open-field and soil grown. Tomatoes are processed to preserve their flavours, fragrance adn nutritional properties.
