Balsamic Prosciutto Salad

| Alce Nero balasmic vinegar | 5 tbsp |
| Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil | 5 tbsp |
| Parma ham (optional) | 6 slices |
| Honey melon | 1 piece |
| White grapes | Reasonable amount |
| Greek yoghurt | Reasonable amount |
| Italian salad leaves | 250g |
| Rocket leaves | 250g |
| Pepper, to taste | |
| Salt, to taste |

Dressing :
- Mix balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
Preparation :
- Cut the white grapes in two pieces.
- Slice the honey melon and cut the pulp into pieces.
- Add the salad leaves and mix together with a pinch of salt.
- Add Parma ham together with the dressing and mix well.
- Add Greek yoghurt, mix well and serve.
