Greek Pasta Salad
Serves 4 persons

| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Dijon mustard | ½ tsp |
| Oregano, dried | 1 tsp |
| Alce Nero organic apple cider vinegar | 3 tbsp |
| Lemon juice | ½ lemon |
| Salt & pepper, to taste | |
| Alce Nero oranic extra virgin olive oil | ½ cup |
| Alce Nero fusilli | 3 cups |
| Feta cheese | ½ cup |
| Olives, slices adn pitted | ½ cup |
| Cherry tomatoes, sliced | 10 |
| Japanese cucumber, sliced | 1 |

Preparation:
- Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to packaging and let it cool.
- In a bowl, add in the pasta and vegetables. Pour in the dressing and mix. Season well.
- Put in fridge for one hour and serve while cold.
