Greek Pasta Salad

Serves 4 persons

Ingredients Quantity
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Dijon mustard ½ tsp
Oregano, dried 1 tsp
Alce Nero organic apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp
Lemon juice ½ lemon
Salt & pepper, to taste  
Alce Nero oranic extra virgin olive oil ½ cup
Alce Nero fusilli 3 cups
Feta cheese ½ cup
Olives, slices adn pitted ½ cup
Cherry tomatoes, sliced 10
Japanese cucumber, sliced 1

Preparation:

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to packaging and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, add in the pasta and vegetables. Pour in the dressing and mix. Season well.
  4. Put in fridge for one hour and serve while cold.
