Overnight Mixed Berries Oats
Serves 2 persons
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Rolled oats | ½ cup |
| Milk (or any liquid of your choice) | ½ cup milk |
| Plain yoghurt | 2 tbsp |
| Alce Nero mixed berries jam | 1½ tbsp |
| Banana, sliced | ½ |
| Pumpkin seeds | 1 tbsp |
| Walnut, broken | 1 tbsp |
| Desiccated coconuts, optional | 1 tbsp |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 pinch |

Preparation:
- In your favourite breakfast bowl, stir together half the oats with half the liquid of your choice. Top with a layer of banana, followed by a layer of jam and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut and cinnamon.
- Repeat again and finish off with a layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and dash of cinnamon.
- Cover with cling film and keep in the fridge, ready for a yummy breakfast the next day!
- Feel free to experiment with different Alce Nero jam flavours and different fruits that go well with it! Here are some other combinations. Peach jam and lemon zest, strawberry jam and goji berries, plum jam and figs, apricot jam and raisins.
