Seafood Pasta

Serves 4 persons

Ingredients Quantity
Alce Nero organic spaghetti 250g
Alce Nero organic chunky tomato puree 500g
Alce Nero organic extra virgin olive oil For cooking
Garlic 1 clove
Chilli peppers (if you like spicy) 1-2
Fresh tomato 1
Onion 1
Water To boil spaghetti
Salt and pepper, to taste  

Here's the ingredients you are using:

Preparation:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add salt adn stir. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until al dente.
  2. Finely chop the chilli peppers and garlic. Cut the shrimp into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli peppers and cook for 3 minutes, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, and pepper and cook for 3 minutes, or until the shrimpp are cooked through.
  5. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the sliced tomato and tomato puree to the skillet and simmer over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Stir the shrimp back into the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
  8. Serve immediately with your favourite garnishes. You can also serve with hot sauce.
