Spaghetti Goreng

| Alce Nero organic spaghetti | 100g |
| Alce Nero pasta sauce with basil | 2 tbsp |
| Stir fried chilli paste | 3 tbsp |
| Soy sauce | 3 tbsp |
| Tomato, sliced thinly | 1 |
| Red onion, sliced | 1 |
| Small tofu, diced | 1 |
| Shallots, sliced | 3 |
| Red onion, sliced | 3 |
| Egg, whisked | 1 |
| Beansprouts | 1 |
| Prawns, deshelled | 200g |
| Spring onions, sliced | 2 |

Preparation:
- In a pot, cook the pasta until el dente. Set aside.
- In a pan, cook the onions, shallots, tomato and tofu.
- Add the chilli paste and pasta sauce. Add soy sauce.
- Pour in the prawns and let it simmer till prawns is cooked.
- Add the pasta and eggs in and mix it all together.
- Add the spring onion and beansprouts. Mix till cooked and coated.
- Serve while hot.
